Our Care Services

Under the direction of attending physicians, our nursing staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), work round the clock to ensure the highest possible level of quality of life to all of our residents. Together with our rehabilitation team of physical and occupational therapists and assistants, we work every day with restorative residents to return function and maximize ability.

Wound Care Program

One of the only facilities that has a certified wound care nurse on staff full time. 

Targeted Therapy

Extension between acute and subacute therapy. intensive patient centered therapy: PT/OT/SLP and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Therapy Program.
